How High by Rhymefest

So what better way to kick off the summer—and the resumption of daily postings—with some beats?  Bringing back old school beat, I present to you a song off Rhymefest’s second album El Che, dropped on June 8th 2010.  I’ve sampled the entire album and have to say that while it is not something I’d throw on repeat, it is at the very least worth a listen.

If you can’t remember much about Rhymefest, let me give you a straightline that might jog your memory.  He released his first album back in 2006, Blue Collar, but you probably would have come to know of him through the song Jesus Walks by Kanye West, which he co-wrote.
